I hope this portal will provide you useful informations allowing you to better understand the world of the franc sector in Madagascar.
In this year 2018, the Groupement celebrates its twentieth anniversary, It is a good time to measure the progress made, but also to reflect on the future and the role that the GEFP must play.
Our group has worked throughout its history to bring the voice of its members and to defend their interests, sometimes in very difficult contexts such as those we are currently going through. Thus, we have been able to be a credible interlocutor of public authorities and partners.
To maintain social peace and security, the promotion of job creation and the revival of the economy are among the priorities of our actions.
As President of our Group, I would like to share with our members of the private sector, my vision for Madagascar, an emerging country and exporter of finished products with high added value. For this, we will actively participate in the following topics :
- Force of interpellation to denounce all that hinders the competitiveness of our companies
- Proposal force to suggest anything that can improve the business environment and make the country's economy more attractive and competitive.
We will work together to meet our challenges to create 200,000 additional jobs in the coming years.
These efforts require the support of everyone: Business, Government, Technical and Financial Partners, and employee unions. We will work together to make this project a success in the interest of the Malagasy population.
